Flames of Two

Ignighted by a single moment
a breif moment in time
Created by simular engeries
residing in your soul and mine

Left to smolder
untouched unattended to
through the years
Waiting for the winds of love
To fan the embers to life.

Shameful Love

Your kind of love has done me wrong
It leaves me sometimes crying at nights.
Your arms are no longer holding me,
they are wrapped around some other woman tonight.

No one can chain you down

Your kind of love does not last for long
It is gone as quickly as it came.
You use to be in love with me
Now you claim you are in love with her

You will love someone else next week.

Your kind of love will never settle down
Many women will love you.
You will lift their hearts up so high
Only to turn around and shoot them down.

You will turn them into emotional wrecks.

Your kind of love is shameful
I feel pitty for the next girl you meet.
You will toy with her emotions
Talk to her really sweet.

Then casually walk away crushing her heart beneath your feet.

A Random Thought

Tales From a Library Whore
by Lisa Murphy-Storminger

Like most book fetish centered individuals I too am undecided on how I like to gaze upon written text. Some days I feel like a quickie and practice the peck and run with it via my keyboard, Taking off with the latest talked about title like a thief or a kid in a candy shop. I then curl up with my handheld and absorb myself into an alternative world that was begotten from “space” Am I content with this? Do I feel cheated ? Perhaps. I do read reviews of what other “thieves” and see cover images all lined up in a neat orderly row as if they are in the latest police line up waiting to be identified as victim number one. No courting necessary as its always available. A few keystrokes here and there and of course, payment upon purchase and returns only for store credit. So cold and unemotional.

On the other side we have the option of physically seeking out our prey. We go to its brothel and walk through the aisles where our latest conquest lays there partially hidden amongst others who are waiting to be picked up. Some of its neighbors are old and tattered and show the wear of being held by many hands. Others are pristine and squeaky clean as they are new arrivals and are waiting to be taken home to be made love to. Each victim has its call number within its brothel like Jal Valjean and we fettish individuals knows what numbers turn us on. I personally can attest to romancing multiple victims. When I’m feeling low and need a pick me up 200-300 usually does the trick. This is where Dwyer,Hay, Myss, Chopra and like minded reside. If the literary mood grabs me its over to the 800’s where I can learn to write and gaze upon the prose of Burns,Bronte, Poe, Hemingway and other classics. Some days my crafty maven calls and my addiction is crochet I know where to find her… I just turn around and take a step to the left and take her off her shelf at 746. So what if my latest conquest is not there? What??? Thats cheating. Temporary out with someone else eh? Fine have your 21 days with that other person but you will be mine next. Ahh cyber mother is far reaching. With a few keystrokes on computer found in my victims brothel I reserve my allotted 21 days with my intended or have her shipped in from another book brothel for me to gaze my eyes upon what lies between those covers

So next time you are contemplating your next must read title consider the manner in which you obtain your desire.
