Can you feel my pain

Hear my sobs on the wind

Feel my souls torment within your body

Know the longing my heart possesses

The wanting of your arms to take me up and hold me tight

Through my life’s storm

Lone Sailor

Feeling distant
cast out and alone
Only my hand on the rudder
guiding my ship in stormy waters

Seeking a beacon of light
cutting through the dark fog
